The Site sells intimate, fragrance, and adult-lifestyle products intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or older.

By using this Site or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing for your own lawful, personal use.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser is a minor.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To place an order you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We make every effort to display products, colours, and descriptions accurately, but actual colours and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings and stock updates.
  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing or descriptive errors at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid, even after order confirmation.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order in whole or in part for example, due to stock, suspected fraud, or a pricing error. Where an order is cancelled and payment was already made, we will refund it in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD orders, payment in full is due to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
  • Repeated refusal of COD parcels without valid reason may result in COD being disabled for your future orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan via third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delivery depends on the courier. All parcels are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival (see our Refund & Return Policy for reporting damaged or wrong items).

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please note that, for hygiene and health reasons, certain intimate, fragrance, and adult items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used.

8. Product Use, Fragrance & Health Disclaimer

Our products are lifestyle and personal-care items and are not medical devices and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

  • Fragrances / body products: we recommend a patch test before full use. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if irritation, redness, or an allergic reaction occurs. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children.
  • Use all products only as intended and in accordance with any instructions provided.

You use all products at your own discretion and risk.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or purchase on behalf of a minor;
  • Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
  • Transmit malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the Site;
  • Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or obscene content; or
  • Use the Site or its content for any unauthorised commercial purpose, including scraping or resale.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

10. Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content, you grant IndulgeStore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

All content on the Site including the IndulgeStore name, logo, text, graphics, product imagery, and design is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
